Flipkart Customer Received washing soap Nirma for iPhone 12
It has happened before and its happening again and again- Big e-commerce sites messing up orders. This time it’s on Flipkart’s Big Billion Day’s sale.
A Flipkart customer Singh who had ordered iPhone 12 which was on huge discount was left in shock when he opened his package.
Unfortunately, the package contains Washing bar Nirma worth Rs.5
Simranpaul Singh had purchased iPhone 12 for Rs.51,999 by opting for Open-box delivery. But on receiving Nirma soap, Instead of getting into argument, he didn’t accept the delivery and refused to share the OTP.
Eventually, on Complaining to Flipkart’s Customer care, the order got cancelled and Flipkart refunded his money after few days of the incident.
Few months back, a similar incident took place near Delhi, when a man ordered a remote control car was left in surprise when he received the package of Parle-G biscuits.
